On the Spot Language is a proven and effective activity-based language learning methodology that has been encouraging students to get out and use everyday English for over eight years.
OUR VISION
OSL challenges the conventional way of how ESL is taught. We believe the most important thing is to focus on developing the confidence of our students in speaking English. We do this by taking our students out of the classroom and encouraging interactions with native English speakers every day. OSL Language Coaches are expertly trained to help students reach their full potential in their English studies. With small classes, our coaches get to know our students and their personalities and we push students by fully immersing them in a real-world English-speaking environment.
About Our Program
Students who go through the On the Spot Language program are able to hold conversations with all kinds of English speakers in Toronto’s diverse and multicultural environment. Our focus is not on learning grammar, but instead learning to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment. We teach students how to lead conversations by asking questions. So, you'll be able to meet new people, right here in Toronto, while learning English and practicing your English speaking skills outside of the classroom.
